Behavior panda fulfillment policy
Therapy sessions are confirmed once the invoice is completed. Client-initiated cancellations are not eligible for refunds and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. The client is expected to attend each scheduled session on time. A delayed appointment hinders our work and can negatively impact other clients. Sessions will not be extended to accommodate any late arrivals.
Behavior Panda and the client have the right to discontinue on-going services for any reason. The notice must be provided in the form of an email. If the final service date, requested by the client is scheduled prior to the client completing all paid hours of service, the rest of the payment will not be refunded.
